I'm writing mostly for my own records but publishing may serve as inspiration or guidance for somebody attempting something similar.
My goal is to maintain a healthy weight and fat to muscle proportion while being able to enjoy a normal life without being tied to specific diets or rigorous weight loss schemes.

New website
